If you are inquiring about our housing services, we regret that we do not accept direct referrals and we cannot assist those who reach out to us directly. 
If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia, please call the City's Homeless Outreach Hotline at 215-232-1984 to find a program that best suits your needs.

If you need furniture, please note we do not accept direct referrals and PFB is not open to the public. In order to receive furniture, you must be a client of one of our member agencies.
A list of our current member agencies can be found here, please reach out to them directly to inquire about becoming a client of theirs.
